Used for tightening hoops on barrels. helps in swelling barrels for a proper seal. Also usfull in disasebling and reassembling barrels.

For use when swelling a barrel, when extra tightening is needed the hoop driver drives the hoops to the center of the barrel, pressing together the staves of the barrel.
