Pof(-) character [no vinyl phenol formation], generating a delicate, clean wine profile.

High ß-glucosidase enzyme activity for floral terpene release.


Recommended for:

  • Elegant and refined wines, particularly when aged on lees (Chardonnay).
  • Terpene aroma revelation in relevant varieties.
  • Chardonnay, Viognier, Gerwurztraminer, Muscat, Fruit wines

Dosage: 200 ppm -1.6 lbs/1,000 gal

1 gram per 1 gallon

Fermentation Characteristics:

  • Alcohol tolerance: up to 14.5 % vol.
  • Fermentation temperature range: 16 - 20°C
  • High nitrogen requirements
  • Low production of volatile acidity and H2 S
  • Low foam production
