Fermentation Characteristics:

  • Alcohol Tolerance: 15% vol.
  • Temperature Range: 68-89F
  • Low Nitrogen requirements
  • Low production of volatile acidity and H2S
  • Dosage: 15-30 g/hL or 1-2 GPG
