Yeast for fruity and round aromatic red wines. Terroir selection. Grape varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot noir.

  • Isolated from the terroir of Bordeaux red wines.
  • High glycerol production, fermentation security.
  • Suitable for extended cellaring.

Recommended for:
* Expressive and rounded wines.
* Respects varietal typicity.


  • Alcohol tolerance: up to 16 % vol.
  • Fermentation temperature tolerance: 20 - 32°C
  • Medium nitrogen requirements
  • Low production of volatile acidity and H2 S

Dosage: 10 to 20 g/hL (100 to 200 ppm).
